At Share IT we implement a five-step approach
to the hiring process that takes about two weeks to complete


The hiring process starts with your application. Feel free to send us your CV at, even if we don't have a job opening that you are interested in. If we are a great fit, you will get an email from our HR for a quick interview.

HR Interview

Once the HR manager collects all the necessary information, the wheels start turning. The HR interview lasts about 30 minutes and it's held online. During this interview, you will learn about our company's culture and the position you're interested in while we get to know you a little better. If your personality and aspirations are a perfect fit, we set up a time and date for the next step.

Technical Interview

For the technical interview, we decide together if we meet online or in person. In this step, we focus on technical details about the position you are interested in. If your technical skills and your logic are a perfect fit, we set the date and time and proceed to the next step.

Final Interview

This is the final interview, which is usually held in person, so you get to visit our offices and meet us in person. During this step, we discuss the terms and conditions of employment and after that, we'll create our job offer accordingly.

After accepting our job offer, we begin your onboarding process! The first step of this process is signing your contract, after which comes another important step - your first Share IT Day.
