We are looking for a .NET developer to join the long-term project for our client, one of the leading, fast-growing companies in the healthcare industry in the USA, whom we support for more than 8 years. If you become a part of our team, you will be responsible for engineering both applications from scratch and configuring existing systems, designing software solutions and implementing new features, writing tests and fixing bugs, and maintaining existing code using languages and technologies of the .NET framework. In this role, you should be able to write functional code with a sharp eye for spotting defects. As a key member of the team tasked with contributing to several high-value projects, you will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure – that’s why a commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design and quality products are important.
Here’s what you will do:
- Utilizing Microsoft's .NET infrastructure to create software solutions that meet clients' requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
- Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
- Test and deploy applications and systems
- Revise, update, refactor and debug code
- Improve existing software
- Maintain and update project dependencies as well as fix any conflicts
- Working with other software engineers to develop front-end and back-end architecture that’s well structured and flexible, along with the APIs to support it
You have:
- 4+ years of proven experience as a .NET Developer and In-depth knowledge of .NET infrastructure
- Proficient with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller - MVC)
- In-depth knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#) and HTML5/CSS3
- Capacity to use SQL with ease
- Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST)
- Understanding of the Agile development life-cycle
- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and business areas
- You care about your applications and services, and you build them as if you were going to use them
- Excellent English & communication skills
